I shifted from Bangalore to a village on account of various reasons especially security which was bothering me for many years.We thought the shifting to a flat would be more appropriate and went on searching various locations and had almost zeroed in at a place near Yalahanka nearer to BIAL as our children fly frequently. The cost of the flat was around 75 lakhs.They wanted to Book the flat with a small advance of Rs.50,000 so that the flat we had chosen is not alloted to any one.We said we will pay but we wanted the speciaman copy of all contracts that we will be asked to sign including the contract to book the flat.The guy told he had no copies.My husband said any copy of the people who had signed all the contracts and who had the flat occupied just in this month may be given.He said he will xerox the copies which were at his Head Office and post to us.That we trusted he will do.The next step was arranging the money.
