This photo was taken when i had knee serjory done,
it was 3months old.My husband has taken this photo.

For 3 months Iused to do 6 types exercises,2 5 times all 6types exercise .Each exercises 25 times,

Ea ch exercisees for 10 times a day.

1 quad set exercise.

2 knee Extention.



 3 straight Leg Raiser.

4 Heel  slide.

Flexion and Extention.
&
Balancing exercise.4 Types 2 times a day.
&
Walking a lot.

Diet 2 chapathies 1 cup rice.

In the evening use to eat little rice.

At 7pm one glass Apple juice.

Like this going on & on for 3 months. My Daughter was here with us to take care of us

coock is here.Still she is here.

I was only 48 kg weight.

After 4th Month I started doing  all the exercises only 20 times a day.

After 6th month  I started doing only 10 times a day, my eating started im proved.

Now I am 50 kg.on 5th of July.

I started walking more out side our house.both the times.

Some days I do get pain after taking rest it will go

I am not taking pain killer tab.

For the Opration my both  the kids my grand child were here&D-I-L&S-I-L were there with me.

Ofcourse my Husband was with me all the time.

Things are going well with me.

Once in 3 months I have to go & see doc.After 1 year Yearly once to go for check up

Now I feeling better.more confedent. about myself.I need not depend upon others,can take care for myself.

My Husband who insiston me to under go this surgery.I thanks to him for helping me need of hour for with me.& My Son & his fly.MY Daughter Dishaa 7Her husband were with me during the oparation time after words also Thanks to them.
