The Lady in the picture is Mrs.Parvathi who has started this club with a few Lady's in our Housing Complex by name Vijayanagar.This is also known as Bangalore Development Authority or BDA who have mapped the place properly but it is one big mess in few pockets spoiling the entire layout an irreversible mess by the creators of this layout the BDA,a Govt Of Karnataka controlled authority.
I live in one of the Main Roads here.When my husband purchased our house here in 1980's there was nothing worth mentioning.In fact our house was the only house with a phone and a big car of those days the 'Ambassador'.
Today after 0ver 25 years the whole place is a Jungle of all types of Automobiles parked in front of every house occupying the foot paths and even the Roads with few places left for Road side eatery's of all sorts of veg snacks many in the evenings and few all the time.
Our Laughing Club is in one of the Parks.
Here we assemble and do our Club activities in the open but in a corner reserved for our Club.
Mrs.Parvathi who is in the picture is our Guide.
There are no rules,bylaws or any sort of records and even a sheet of paper with the names of those who are attending the club.
It is a sort of activity which none other social clubs may be practicing.
We all assemble chit chat be four the commencement of our daily practice of physical exercises involving movement of all parts of the body in various was in different forms at regular periods including more of laughing and shouting in various forms.
We start at 5.00 PM and finish at 6.00 PM.(Subject to weather conditions).
Chit Chat is a unavoidable routine a time we forget the family and enjoy ourselves.
